Yoga Near Norwell, MA
Some people come to yoga for strength or flexibility. A lot of our Norwell students come because they need somewhere to set the week down for an hour. Emerald Yoga Studio is about 10 minutes away via Pine Street, and our quieter classes are built for exactly that: slow, supported, and nobody asking you to be anywhere but your mat.
Classes for when you need to slow down
Restorative Yin (Tuesday mornings, Thursday and Sunday evenings): long, prop-supported stretches that release deep tension without straining your joints. Great for stress, anxiety and restless sleep.
Revive & Thrive (Wednesday and Friday mornings): gentle held stretches, guided self-acupressure, calming breathwork and the occasional bit of aromatherapy. We practice with eyes closed, or a soft gaze if you'd rather.
Yoga Alchemy: a themed flow that weaves in sound healing, crystals, chakra work and Ayurveda. No two classes are alike.
Reiki and private sessions: one-on-one time for deeper rest, or a practice built around you. Call or email the studio to book.
And whatever class you take, stay for Savasana at the end. We feel strongly enough about it that we wrote a whole post about it.
Come as you are
Our teachers offer modifications in every class, and mats and props are free to borrow. All classes are room temperature. If you'd like more movement, Flow and Power Vinyasa run all week too. See the full class schedule.
Finding us
15 Columbia Road, Suite 10, Pembroke, on Route 53 in the Tolson's Tap & Tavern plaza. It's about 4.8 miles from Norwell center; take Pine Street south into North Pembroke. Free parking out front.
