Yoga Near Kingston, MA
Eighteen minutes is a nice drive on a Saturday morning and a harder sell on a Tuesday in February. That's why every class at Emerald Yoga Studio is taught in the room and streamed live at the same time. Kingston students come in when they can, for the energy of a full room and a teacher who can see their alignment, and join from home when they can't.
About us
We've been welcoming yogis of every age and ability since 2010. We're inclusive, beginner-friendly and big on community, and there are three ways to practice with us, so yoga fits your life instead of the other way around:
In the studio: 25+ weekly classes, from gentle Restorative Yin to Power Vinyasa. Mats and props are free to borrow.
By livestream: join any class live from your living room. Book online and your link arrives by email or text 30 minutes before class.
On demand: our video library is there whenever you have a spare half hour. If home practice suits you best, see our virtual-only plans.
Where to start
If you're new, try Yoga Basics or Soulful Slow Flow. If you want a steady, all-levels workout, Flow is our most popular class. Need to recover and unwind? Revive & Thrive combines gentle stretching, self-acupressure and breathwork. Every class has a one-to-three gem rating so you know what you're signing up for. See the class schedule.
