Private Yoga Lessons (60 Minutes)
Private yoga lessons are one-on-one instructional sessions where a student receives individualized attention and instruction from a yoga teacher. These lessons can take place in person or online, and can be tailored to the student's specific needs and goals, whether they are a beginner or an experienced practitioner. The teacher will work with the student to create a personalized practice that addresses their physical and mental needs, and provide modifications and variations that suit their body and level.
Please note: Private lesson sessions are available in packs of 3, 6, or 10. To get started, you'll need to purchase your preferred package before booking a session. Once your purchase is complete, we’ll send you an intake questionnaire to gather information about your primary areas of focus, schedule, and preferences.
Reiki Sessions (30/60/90 Minutes)
Reiki is an alternative healing practice that channels universal energy through a practitioner's hands to promote healing and balance. During a session, the recipient lies or sits comfortably while the practitioner places their hands on or near the body. This energy transfer is believed to support physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Reiki can help with chronic pain, anxiety, stress, and other concerns, while also promoting relaxation and improved sleep. Many people find it enhances overall feelings of well-being.
EFT Sessions (75 Minutes)
If you’ve been feeling stuck, anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally “off” for reasons you can’t quite explain—your nervous system may be holding onto unprocessed stress or trauma. Even when our minds try to move on, our bodies remember.
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), often called “tapping,” is a powerful somatic practice that helps you gently release emotional blocks, rewire limiting beliefs, and restore balance in the body and mind.
By tapping on specific meridian points while addressing the emotions at the root, this technique activates your body’s natural healing response—creating real, lasting change. Each session is tailored to your unique needs and designed to help you feel lighter, clearer, and more empowered in your own skin.
