Class Schedule & Booking


Studio Policies:

  • New students are kindly requested to arrive 15 minutes prior to their first class.

  • We advise all members to pre-register for all classes; in the event of full capacity, please join the waitlist.

  • No-shows will be charged a $10 fee, and late cancellations within two hours of class time will be charged $5.

  • All sales are final. Class packages or workshop tuitions may be gifted to others.

 Class Descriptions

We offer a variety of yoga classes to choose from - find the one that's right for you. We welcome all levels of experience and are here to make sure you feel comfortable in your own skin. All of our instructors are dedicated to creating an inclusive environment for everybody and every body.

Our classes are ranked from one gem as the easiest, two gems as a medium level of difficulty and three gems as our most challenging.

Restorative Yin

Restorative Yin yoga is a very intimate type of yoga, which focuses on being mindful and conscious while stretching. The class will put you into the perfect meditative state that can help with insomnia and stress/anxiety. It'll provide deep connective tissue release without stressing your joints or muscles.

Don't be scared off by the "quiet" in Yin yoga; this is a great way to get some immediate relaxation.

Revive & Thrive

All levels. This class will feature gently held stretches, guided self-acupressure for wellness and pain relief, stress-relieving breathing, and occasional aromatherapy delights. Our goals? Relax. De-stress.

Soulful Slow Flow

All levels. A slow, gentler version of our flow classes. We will help you stretch and relax your body and calm your mind with slower, more relaxed pose sequences and breathing exercises. Perfect for beginners. Also great for experienced yogis who need a chill-out session, and for students coming back from illness or injury

Yoga Basics

Beginner class; all levels welcome. This class is intended to help you get your body familiar with yoga movement and terminology. Students are given lots of instructions on alignment and use of props. Experienced students are also welcome to join for a refresher on the basics

Flow

All levels. Our Flow class — Emerald’s favorite for all levels! — is a moderate flow that will strengthen, stretch, tone and relax your entire body. Work to deepen your body’s understanding of familiar poses, and challenge yourself (and have fun!) with some different asanas.

Yoga Alchemy

All levels. Come feel the MAGIC of yoga! This class combines flowing yoga poses with crystals, or sound healing, or chakra energy, or Ayurvedic work, or archetypes, or … well, it could be anything! New experiences and new surprises every week…

Yin Yang Flow

This is a combination class of stronger vinyasa flow and restorative yin yoga that is suitable for all levels using essential oils.

Let your mind, body, and senses open up as your spirit lifts. You will leave class restored and revitalized for your busy weekend ahead.

Superhero Strong Flow

This is NOT an advanced-only class! This is a class for you if you want to GET stronger than you are, in a happy, supportive class where we encourage you to challenge yourself at your own pace.

Power Vinyasa

Power Vinyasa is a class designed to be a challenging, yet empowering and fun, flow for yogis of all levels! Expect a fast-paced sequence of postures meant to engage the body and the mind, sandwiched between a gentle meditative and stretching warm-up and cool down. 

Modifications will be provided throughout class and students are encouraged to tailor their practice to meet their body and mind wherever it may be that day!
