How do I cancel a booking for my class?


Cancel a Class in the Walla App

  1. Select Bookings

  2. Select the class or appointment from Upcoming Bookings

  3. Choose Cancel

  4. To complete the cancellation select Yes, confirm

Cancel a Class on the Website

  1. Navigate to our 'Classes' page

  2. Log in

  3. Click Manage Account at the top right

  4. Select Your Schedule from the dropdown menu

  5. Click Cancel at the right side of the list of bookings
