February 20th 5:30-6:30pm
A night of self-care and relaxation fused with restorative slow and strechy yoga. The room will be filled with candles and aromatherapy to help optimize your relaxation experience. Must pre-register. Space is limited to 6. 
- We will be using bolsters in the studio, if you’d like you can bring your own (alternatively you can bring a pillow case to cover bolsters, they are all washed and sanitized between use) Bring any blankets or pillows you’d like to utilize as well.
