A Studio Rooted in the Pembroke Community

We’re not a big franchise. We’re not backed by a corporation. We’re a locally owned yoga studio that’s grown right here in Pembroke, Massachusetts—slowly, steadily, and with a lot of heart.

Emerald Yoga Studio has been part of this town for 15 years. In that time, we’ve taught classes for high school students, seniors, new parents, lifelong athletes, and people who never imagined they’d step foot in a yoga studio.

What we’ve learned is simple:
Yoga isn’t about fitting into a mold.
It’s about showing up and being met with kindness.

And that’s what we’ve built our studio on.

We Care About the Person, Not Just the Practice

We believe in connection over perfection. That means taking the time to learn your name. It means checking in before class, not just about your shoulder or your low back, but about how you’re doing.

Some days, you might feel energized and ready to move. Other days, you might come in low on sleep, sore, or carrying something heavy. We hold space for both.

You’re not just another student on the schedule. You’re a person with a story, and we’re honored to be a small part of it.

We’re Here for the Big Moments—and the Quiet Ones

Over the years, we’ve seen a lot happen inside this studio. People have cried in Savasana. People have laughed in Warrior II. We’ve witnessed friendships form, grief held, confidence rebuilt, and major life shifts unfold—right here on the mat.

Yoga gives people space to come home to themselves. And when that happens inside a supportive community, it means even more.

That’s why we offer more than just weekly classes. We host donation drives, fundraisers, community events, and workshops that bring people together. We believe in supporting our neighbors, celebrating local talent, and offering help where it’s needed.

This Is What Yoga Looks Like Off the Mat

When we say we’re rooted in community, we mean it. We don’t just teach yoga—we live it.

That might look like offering a class to raise money for a local animal shelter.
Or giving someone a scholarship through our Sponsor a Yogi program.
Or showing up at the Pembroke Farmers Market to connect with people who’ve never tried yoga before.

To us, yoga isn’t just about breath and movement. It’s about kindness. Generosity. Listening. Showing up for each other. It’s about how we treat people—not just in class, but everywhere else.

We’re proud to be part of this town. And we’re grateful for every single person who’s ever walked through our doors.

If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be welcomed exactly as you are, we’d love to meet you.
