You'll learn about the basics of sound healing and the tools we use, like singing bowls and tuning forks. Then, you'll be guided through a calming meditation, followed by a sound bath that uses these tools to help you find peace.

We'll wrap up with a moment to reflect on your experience, helping you carry this sense of calm with you.
