Later, he became a Duxbury High wrestling coach and adjunct professor of anatomy and physiology at Quincy College. JOE giglio
By the time he first stepped onto a yoga mat in 1995, Joe's body and mind had been worn down by a lifetime of football and weight training. His new practice changed his life: he loved power vinyasa yoga's intensity and instant gratification. He coached high school football for ten years, so after many years of his yoga transformation, it was only natural for Joe to become a teacher and share the magic of yoga with others. He completed Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 teacher training with senior teacher Baron Baptiste in 2011. Joe's class sequences are designed to bring students from a warm-up to a simmer, then a boil, then a gradual cool down -- guaranteeing a challenging, potent, and rewarding experience each time.
LAURA bete

Laura began practicing yoga about 13 years ago and loved the increased strength, flexibility, and vibrance it offered. She became more and more fascinated by the indescribable feeling of connectedness she experienced at the end of each practice. She received her teaching certification from Open Doors studios and also holds a certification in teaching yoga for anxiety and depression. She says yoga is about stilling the mind and exploring the beautiful essence within, and looks forward to guiding you through your journey to strength and flexibility, groundedness, and stress reduction.
